1. General Information

Agropottery is a Barcelona-based studio offering handmade ceramic products and creative workshops.
All items are crafted by hand — small variations in color, size, and form are part of the natural beauty of the work and do not constitute defects.

2. Products & Availability

Each piece is handmade, and stock is limited.
Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other trusted payment providers.
Agropottery does not store your payment information.

4. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping terms.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for damaged or unwanted items.

6. Workshop Bookings

Workshops can be arranged for 3 to 8 participants.
To reserve your spot, full payment or a deposit may be required.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and preparation are already in place.
In the rare event that Agropottery must cancel a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Agropottery and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy
