1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@agropottery.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Gift cards

Items purchased on sale
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging each item, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@agropottery.com.
Include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
